Report on the all about automation in Hamburg
Originally, the trade fair year was to begin in January with all automation in Hamburg. However, due to the pandemic, the trade fair was postponed to the last week of June. As in previous years, the two days of the trade fair started for the approx. 130 exhibitors with a morning "rush" of visitors who wanted to find out about the latest automation solutions on the market. Towards the afternoon, as usual, it became somewhat "quieter" in the halls.
All in all, the employees of ipf were pleased to see numerous familiar and many new "faces" at the trade fair. "Many visitors came to us with specific tasks, whereby especially our color and line sensors, in addition to the sensors for transparent objects, aroused the interest of our visitors. In addition, we were able to determine that the use of industrial LED machine and signal lights is indispensable for many," is the conclusion of Sarah Ahrens, application specialist at ipf electronic.
In addition to the technical discussions, among others on the various sensor solutions from IPF, the tense situation on the procurement market was also repeatedly the focus of the intensive discussions at the trade fair.
The next all about automation in Hamburg will probably take place again in winter. Sarah Ahrens comments: "Thanks to the incredibly good organization of the trade fair, we are optimistic that we will again be able to welcome many visitors to our stand on January 25-26, 2023."
