A strategy day for the export department

The export department of ipf electronic recently reflected on the current situation and developed sustainable ideas for the future at a strategy day.

 

The workshop was moderated by Matthias Brems from the specialist consultancy for foreign trade. To start with, export manager Antje Wieners gave an overview of the status of the sales work and the current sales development.

 

The day began with constructive discussions on the strengths and weaknesses of previous export work. In a second part, the country portfolio of ipf electronic was developed. This resulted in country groups that can be treated similarly in future strategy decisions.

 

The export team gained new insights into methodology and concepts for strategy development. The workshop gave the participants the opportunity to build the worldwide future of ipf electronic unburdened by the daily business.
