New contact point for clients
The capacities of our building at Kalver Street 27 were finally exhausted – there was no room left! Fortunately, the neighbouring building could be taken over, but it had to be completely redeveloped.
After more than 2 years the project was completed; the first departments moved into the new building in January 2012. The aim was to build up a single contact point for clients. The relocation of the warehouse, the technical support department and a part of the order processing department enabled to further reduce the processing times for collections.
This also means that the new building at Kalver Street 25 is the central contact point for all customer concerns.
