Digitale Pressemappe zur Motek 2023 in Stuttgart

An integral part of the trade fair autumn is the international trade fair for production and assembly automation Motek. The 41st Motek will take place together with the 16th Bondexpo (international trade fair for bonding technology) as a trade fair duo from October 10 to 13 at the trade fair center in Stuttgart. Also ipf electronic will be present again with a stand in hall 7 (stand 7327).

In addition to an excerpt from its wide-ranging product portfolio, the sensor specialist from the Sauerland region will present a number of innovations, including the smallest cylindrical diffuse-reflection sensor with background suppression in ipf's portfolio to date, a new, externally teachable amplifier for high-performance light barriers, and a true all-rounder when it comes to precise optical distance measurements.

It gets right to the point

New diffuse-reflection sensor with background suppression in M8

The OT080176 optical sensor is currently one of the smallest diffuse-reflection sensors with background suppression in cylindrical design (M8) in the ipf electronic portfolio. This makes the sensor an ideal solution for the exact presence detection of materials and changing objects in applications with particularly cramped installation situations.

Motek 2023: New amplifier for high-performance light barriers

Solution from ipf electronic enables external teaching

High-performance light barriers have long been an integral part of ipf electronic's wide-ranging product portfolio. The three-part systems consisting of transmitter, receiver and amplifier are mostly used where other optical sensor solutions clearly reach their limits. The solutions are therefore valued in many industrial sectors, among other things due to their excellent contamination compensation and also other special properties. Now ipf electronic presents the OV560930, the first externally teachable amplifier for its high-performance light barriers.

Motek 2023: All-rounder for precise distance measurements from ipf

Optical diffuse-reflection sensor with point-source LED

For applications in which the distance to an object is to be determined, sensors with analog output are required. Here it is helpful if the measuring range of the sensor can be adapted to the local conditions in order to use the complete analog current range also for smaller areas. ipf electronic therefore presents the OT450021 which works with visible red light.
