Behind the scenes - Production

Marvin started in the line of process engineering and took over as head of the production department in 2020. Since then, he has been pulling the strings and ensuring that everything runs smoothly in assembly and packaging.

Flexibility is just as important to him as a trained eye for improvement - because no two days are the same. But whatever the challenge, there is one thing the team can rely on: Marvin keeps an overview and always finds a solution!

With his open manner and commitment, he not only optimizes processes, but also ensures a motivated and cheerful atmosphere - and of course that his girls in production are happy.

During the course of the day, Marvin regularly goes on a little treasure hunt - at least once he looks for his coffee cup, and if he can't be reached by phone, he has probably misplaced his phone.

Away from production, he perfects his cooking skills - and when it comes to lasagna, no one can beat him!
