Behind the scenes - Housekeeping

Marek has been part of the ipf family since 2000 - and has been an integral part of our team ever since! As a trained energy system electronics technician, he was originally set as an in-house technician at our old location in Lüdenscheid. With the move to Altena, not only the company but also his tasks grew enormously.

Today, Marek takes care of everything technical in and around the building: from monitoring electrical systems, via looking after the air conditioning, ventilation and fire alarm systems, to testing in accordance with DGUV V3 - he does everything he can to prevent accidents at work and damage. He also regularly takes on driving duties, whether for errands around the house or trips to suppliers. Another highlight of his work: looking after our trade fair appearances throughout Germany. Together with the team, he ensures that everything is set up on time, the technology is running and the stand looks perfect.

His personal highlight? Clearly the teamwork at ipf - because this is where technology meets humanity.

For him, the Sauerland is a true paradise for explorers. Marek prefers to hike where cell phone reception ends - he doesn't look for new paths, he simply walks them. He always has his camera to hand - because who knows if the perfect motif isn't waiting around the next bend.
