Behind the Scenes - International Order Management/Customer Service

Anja has been part of the IPF team since 2012, bringing dedication, structure, and genuine passion to everything she does. Her workweek is clearly divided: she spends three days in International Order Management and two days supporting Customer Service. In addition, she takes on project-related tasks for the management team and our commercial managers.

What does she enjoy most about her job? The variety. The combination of responsibility, creativity, and communication means that no two days are ever the same.

The working environment is another reason why Anja feels right at home at IPF. The strong team spirit and the open, appreciative relationship with management are, for her, a perfect example of a positive company culture.

Outside of work, Anja loves staying active. Whether she's bowling, nine-pin bowling, dancing, or working out at the gym, keeping active is simply part of who she is. Music is just as important to her, and she regularly enjoys concerts in the local area. For balance, she turns to nature. Gardening is much more than a hobby for Anja - it's almost meditative and gives her the chance to truly unwind. And a walk through the woods helps her recharge for whatever comes next.
