Behind the Scenes - Assembly

Tanja has been part of the IPF team since mid-2017 and feels right at home in the assembly department. It didn’t take long for her to find her specialty: potting. Today, she carries out the potting process for most of our devices and also takes care of hot-melt bonding - with a steady hand, years of experience, and a keen eye for detail.

One thing becomes clear right away: Tanja genuinely enjoys coming to work. She takes pride in what she does and especially appreciates the strong sense of teamwork.

One unforgettable highlight? Filming with the WDR crew!

In March, Tanja stepped in front of the camera to give viewers a glimpse into her work at IPF - an experience she won't forget anytime soon.

And when she's not busy working on our devices, she's full throttle - in the truest sense of the word. Last year, she and her husband discovered a passion for motorcycling. They earned their motorcycle licenses, bought their bikes, and ever since, whenever the sun is shining, Tanja is out on the road.
