In 2015, Janine began her journey at ipf—initially by training as an industrial clerk. Her dedicated and open-minded nature made her stand out positively even during her training. After successfully completing her training, she was hired full-time and started in the Order Processing department for Germany. There, for several years, she served as a reliable point of contact for customers and colleagues, handling customer orders, maintaining master data, and ensuring that orders were processed efficiently and smoothly.

What set her apart? A structured approach, a high degree of attention to detail—and a smile that was always there.

In April 2025, an internal restructuring led her in a new direction: Since then, Janine has been strengthening our team in Technical Writing. Her responsibilities? As versatile as she is: She revises and improves our user manuals, edits technical images, and ensures even higher quality for our content. She also maintains our PIM system and brings structure to internal processes—with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of order.

Fun fact: Janine’s office is so tidy that you wonder if it’s ever even been used. Even the pen has a designated spot. Her desk? So precise that you could place a ruler and a level next to it, and they’d thank you.

What we especially appreciate: Janine isn’t just a structured thinker, but also a warm-hearted colleague with a great zest for life. In her free time, she loves to travel the world and prefers to spend her time with her family.
