Behind the scenes - Quality management/

Iris started at IPF on January 1, 2015 and has been a reliable member of the team ever since. She had already gotten to know IPF when she was still working for another company and carried out an audit with us. Shortly afterwards, the question arose as to whether she would like to join us. After brief consideration, the answer was a resounding yes.

Since then, she has been responsible for data protection and quality management, especially for the quality of our information. Close communication with her colleagues is particularly important to her. She is keen to develop joint solutions and give clear, practical instructions that really help in day-to-day work.

Outside of work, she is constantly on the move. She volunteers in sports clubs, enjoys the atmosphere at concerts and festivals and gives free rein to her creativity, both in the garden and on canvas. She created the picture in the photo together with her three daughters. It hangs in her office and when she looks at it, she is instantly reminded of beautiful moments spent together.

Her greatest compensation, however, are her six horses, or six and a half to be precise, as one mare is expecting offspring. Spending time with them, whether in the stable or in the pasture, means peace, joy and new energy for her.
