Behind the Scenes - Financial Accounting

Julia has been part of the IPF team since October 2015. She joined us during the third year of her apprenticeship as an industrial management assistant, which she completed in our accounting department. There, she successfully finished her apprenticeship while laying the foundation for her future career at IPF.

After completing her apprenticeship, Julia remained in accounting and steadily progressed in her career. In 2019, she became Team Leader, and since 2022, she has been Head of the Accounting Department.

What Julia enjoys most about her role is its variety. Alongside the day-to-day business, she is involved in a wide range of exciting projects. One of the biggest was the company's digital transformation. Most recently, she led the introduction of credit card and PayPal payments in our online shop.

Despite juggling multiple projects, Julia always keeps everything on track. Together with her team, she ensures that day-to-day operations run smoothly. She is especially proud of her team of three colleagues, knowing she can always rely on them.

Outside of work, Julia loves everything that brings life and color. A true summer person, she has a real green thumb and fills both her office and her home with beautiful plants, creating welcoming green spaces wherever she goes.

And then there's Balu - her beloved cat and loyal companion, who holds a very special place in her heart.
