Behind the scenes - PM/PR

Gülcan started out as a technical product draftswoman and soon took on additional responsibility for our trade fair organization. She has now officially been in charge of this area as team leader since 2025. A development that shows how much commitment and reliability pay off.

Whether technical 3D drawings, construction plans for new trade fair exhibits or the complete coordination of the annual trade fairs - Gülcan keeps an eye on all deadlines, service providers and materials. From the first sketch to the finished trade fair stand: she makes sure that everything is just right!

In 2019, Gülcan faced the challenge of balancing family and career as a single mother. Instead of reducing her hours, ipf made it possible for her to work from home - even before it was the norm everywhere. A solution for which she is still very grateful today. It allowed her to continue working flexibly and without compromises.

The award as a "family-friendly company"? For her, absolutely deserved!

In her free time, Gülcan loves to live out her creative side by baking. From themed cakes for special occasions to her legendary nut corners - it's not just pretty here, it's really delicious. And what you can't miss either: Gülcan has style! Whether it's hairstyles, outfits or accessories - she loves trying out new looks and is always on top form.
