Behind the scenes - Assembly

Michaela brings not only her skills, but also a lot of heart to the assembly at ipf.

For her it is clear: "Production is the heart of the company" - and she contributes every day with joy and sensitivity to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Whether small or large inductive sensors, magnetic sensors or potting work - Michaela knows exactly what she is doing. She describes her tasks as varied and diverse - and above all as something she enjoys.

She particularly appreciates the team spirit - because here we not only work together, but also laugh together. And when things get stressful? A quick trip to the kitchen helps - because there's always a piece of chocolate waiting there. Michaela can't do without a little snack in between - a real chocolate emergency is virtually impossible thanks to her supplies.

In her free time, one thing counts for her above all: collecting beautiful moments. She cheers on the Iserlohn Roosters with her granddaughter - or immerses herself in the colorful world of musicals. Her motto: "Just do it and experience it!"
