Behind the scenes - Assembly

Lisa is the best example of how sometimes you just end up back where you belong: at ipf. She started with us in 2018, had to leave us in 2020 during short-time working - and fortunately returned in 2021. Since then, one thing has been clear: we won't let you go that quickly again!

In assembly, she brings precision, patience and a good dose of good humor to the table every day. Soldering, testing and potting - her working day is anything but monotonous - and Lisa loves the variety.

Only one thing is (almost) more important than the right soldering tip: coffee. For her, at least three cups a day are simply a must - otherwise things won't run smoothly in the truest sense of the word.

But Lisa not only makes technology work, she also melts hearts:

She is a passionate dog lover. In January, she had to say goodbye to her beloved four-legged friend with a heavy heart - but in June, she gave a street dog from Cyprus a new home. A real happy ending on four paws.
