Silvana has been part of the ipf family for almost a decade - and has achieved a lot in the process.

She started her training as a warehouse logistics specialist, successfully completed it and then worked in the warehouse for another three years. But Silvana wanted more - more customer proximity, more communication, more variety.

Silvana now brings her experience and her clear eye for detail to order processing. Every day, she ensures that customer inquiries are processed reliably and implemented smoothly.

Her tasks: Entering orders, maintaining customer master data and reliably coordinating incoming calls.

If things are structured at work, they can also be dark in her private life: Silvana prefers to relax with a good dose of murder - the podcast, of course.

And let's be honest: anyone who deals with crime in their free time is ensured not to overlook a transposed number in the order.
