Behind the Scenes - Order Management Germany/Social Media

Linda has been part of IPF since March 2019 and has found her place right where organization, communication, and creativity come together. She started in order processing and gradually expanded her role to include reception and, eventually, social media.

In order processing, she takes care of everything related to orders, scheduling, and customer inquiries—from entering orders and coordinating appointments to providing telephone support and maintaining customer master data. She also regularly works at reception, where she organizes customer pickups, welcomes visitors, and makes sure everyone feels right at home. And then there’s social media, where she gets to bring her creative side to life, turning ideas into engaging content.

And outside of work? Life is just as varied.

Together with her partner, she loves exploring the world. Bali and Mauritius are already among the destinations they've visited, with many more still on the list.

She also enjoys spending time with friends and family - whether it's an exciting activity, a concert, or a great meal. She's always on the lookout for new restaurants to try, especially hidden gems with excellent reviews.
