Recertification successful!

Following the first certification in 2019 and the first successful recertification, the second recertification as a "family-friendly company" was due this year.

The prerequisite for the renewed award was proof that family-friendly measures had not only been introduced in the company, but also implemented and further developed on a sustainable basis. These measures were presented at a jury meeting - with great approval: the jury was impressed by our commitment and once again awarded us the title.

The award ceremony took place last month in the auditorium of the Emil Schumacher Museum in Hagen. This means that ipf electronic can now hold the award for a further four years, i.e. until 2029.

This award underlines our ongoing efforts to create a working environment that reconciles work and family life - for the benefit of our employees and their families.
