Speed dating premiere

This year, we took part in the apprentice speed-dating event at Phänomenta Lüdenscheid for the first time – and we can look back on a thoroughly successful event.

The apprentice speed-dating event is a well-established format in the Märkischer Kreis region, where school students can introduce themselves directly to local companies in short conversations. In a relaxed atmosphere, young people have the opportunity to get to know potential training employers and make their first contacts for their professional future.

For us as well, the format was a great opportunity to talk to many interested young people. In several short conversations, we were able to introduce our company, answer questions and get to know potential apprentices.

The effort certainly paid off: we are delighted that we were able to gain a new apprentice for our company during the speed-dating event. For us, this is a fantastic result and shows how valuable such direct encounters between companies and young talent can be.

One thing is already certain: we will definitely be taking part again next year. We look forward to meeting many motivated young people again and supporting them as they begin their professional careers.
