Our New Trainees Are Off to a Great Start

As the new training year begins, we are very pleased to welcome three new trainees to our company.

This marks the beginning of a new and exciting chapter in their lives. We’re delighted that Simon Schnabel has begun his apprenticeship as a warehouse specialist, Sophie Tran as an industrial clerk, and Stergios Anestidis as an electronics technician for devices and systems. They’ll be guided on this journey by their trainers Rolf Späinghaus, Jennifer Reitemeyer, and Jürgen Schlieck.

The first few days were focused on getting to know the company, various points of contact, as well as processes and departments. It’s important to us that employees and trainees interact personally from the very beginning and aren’t just names on a piece of paper. We view training as a key building block for our future and are all the more delighted to be able to support motivated young professionals as they begin their careers.

We wish our new trainees a successful start, many exciting experiences, and, above all, a great time at ipf electronic.
