An era comes to an end at ipf electronic

On July 1, 2026, Bodo Hano stepped down from his active role on the executive board and simultaneously entered his well-deserved retirement. With his departure, the company bids farewell to a leader who has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success and technical alignment for decades.

Bodo Hano had been with ipf electronic since October 1, 1991. He began as an application specialist at ipf electronic vertriebs gmbh and assumed responsibility for the regions covering the former ZIP code areas 52, 53, 54, and 55. From the very beginning, his work was characterized by a combination of technical expertise and a consistent focus on customer needs.

In April 1997, he transferred to the newly founded ipf electronic gmbh Vertrieb Mitte. As early as January 1, 1998, he moved into another senior technical function at ipf electronic gmbh and, as Head of the Technology Division, assumed responsibility for that division. On November 1, 2002, ipf electronic gmbh technic was founded, and Bodo Hano was appointed Managing Director and Partner.

Since then, he has played a leading role in continuously developing and expanding our product portfolio.

On December 1, 2020, the transition to ipf electronic gmbh was finally completed. Even during this phase, Bodo Hano remained a key point of contact and a reliable member of the company’s leadership, until his departure from the executive board.
