Department manager event 2025 - "Sales is teamwork"

Under the motto "Sales is teamwork", this year's department head event took place on November 10 and 11, 2025 in the Sauerland meeting room. The aim of the event was to address the current challenges in sales and to develop new approaches together in order to further strengthen our collaboration and market success.

The first day of the event began on Monday with a workshop that provided a sound introduction to the topic. A joint lunch snack was followed by informative presentations on the current challenges in sales.

Tuesday was all about practical work: a product presentation and another workshop gave participants the opportunity to contribute their own ideas and actively participate in the further development of our sales work.

The event provided valuable impetus, encouraged the exchange of ideas and showed once again that successful sales can only be achieved as a team.
