Exploring careers up close

Over the past few weeks, we have welcomed numerous Year 8 pupils to our company as part of the career exploration days. For us, this initiative is far more than just a compulsory event - it is an investment in the skilled workers of tomorrow.

The young people were given exciting insights into various job profiles at our company. Whether in the technical area or in administration, our teams showed with great commitment how diverse and practical the world of work is at our company. It was particularly important to us not to just let the students watch, but to actively involve them and answer their questions openly.

The curiosity, openness and interest of the young guests once again confirmed to us how important early career guidance is. At a time when choosing the right career path is becoming increasingly complex, we want to offer guidance and show prospects.

As a medium-sized company, we see it as our responsibility to support young people in their professional development. The career exploration days are therefore an integral part of our commitment to promoting young talent.

We are already looking forward to welcoming interested pupils to our company again next year.
