Our New Trainees Are Off to a Great Start

As the new training year begins, we are delighted to welcome three new trainees to our company.

For them, this marks the beginning of a new and exciting chapter in their lives. We are pleased that Simon Schnabel has started his apprenticeship as a warehouse specialist, Sophie Tran her apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, and Stergios Anestidis his apprenticeship as an electronics technician for devices and systems. They will be supported throughout their training by their trainers Rolf Späinghaus, Jennifer Reitemeyer, and Jürgen Schlieck.

The first few days were all about getting to know the company, meeting colleagues and key contacts, and gaining an initial insight into our processes and departments. It is important to us that employees and trainees get to know each other personally from the very beginning and are not simply names on a piece of paper. We see vocational training as an important investment in our future and are therefore especially pleased to support motivated young people as they take their first steps into the professional world.

We wish our new trainees a successful start, many exciting experiences, and, above all, a great time at ipf electronic.
