Industry Makerthon 2025
On November 21 and 22, the Industry Makerthon 2025 once again brought companies from South Westphalia together with young talents from universities and research - for 24 hours full of creativity, prototyping and new ideas.
IPF ELECTRONIC took part in this format under the guiding theme of "Shaping the future - discovering new markets" and presented an interdisciplinary team with a current practical challenge. The result was impressive.
Dirk Neuhaus, member of the IPF management team, is impressed:
"Within just 24 hours, students, young professionals and academic staff worked intensively on our question. The exchange was open, creative and practical. The fresh perspective from outside was particularly valuable for us: the team quickly understood our problem, questioned it and developed solutions that we might not have seen internally."
Christian Fiebach, Member of the Management Board, also draws an extremely positive conclusion:
"For us, the Makerthon is more than just an innovation event - it's a platform for getting in touch with young talent, gaining new impetus and shaping the future together. We are delighted via the ideas generated, the professional organization and the inspiring environment and can recommend participation to all companies that are open to new perspectives and creative solutions."
The consistently positive feedback from all participating companies shows that Collaboration via company boundaries unleashes enormous potential. The Makerthon 2025 provided valuable input - and made it clear how effectively fresh perspectives can drive innovation.
