The merger of the three companies into one straight company location has already resulted in positive synergy effects, including shorter distances for employees and significantly improved cross-departmental and cross-company communication.

With this in mind, we are pleased to announce that the three companies are merging and will merge into ipf eletronic gmbh from December 1, 2020.

For us, this decision is another logical and consistent step, if only due to the spatial concentration of the companies in one building and the associated positive experiences, from which we expect further advantages for our customers and partners. They will benefit from an even more efficient organization, as we will now be able to streamline our operational processes and significantly accelerate other internal processes.
