Trade fair report Motek/ Bondexpo 2021

It was a wonderful moment when the trade fair gong sounded at 9 a.m. on Tuesday. The trade fair was taking place, live and present. The live event far exceeded the expectations of the exhibitors.

 

On site were 453 exhibitors from 25 countries, 17 percent of them from abroad, on 45,000 square meters of gross exhibition space. This trade fair was one of the first major trade events after the trade fair-free period and was awaited with great anticipation. From the very beginning, the trade fair was characterized by intensive professional exchange at the exhibits.

 

The company ipf electronic also wanted to be part of the Re-Start and can also confirm that there was a lively start at its own stand. Everyone involved found the personal discussions very enjoyable.

 

Most of the general topics discussed at the ipf electronic stand were the tense situation on the procurement market and short-time working in the automotive industry due to a lack of components.

 

The technical topics that were discussed at the ipf electronic stand included leak detection and volume flow measurement. Here, visitors were able to try out the trade fair exhibit, which demonstrated leak detection including recording the leakage with image and loss calculation and data transfer to the corresponding software. The trade fair exhibit also offered the opportunity to test the volumetric flow measurement sensors.

 

Other topics included our line sensors, vision sensors (OC53) with matching LED illumination and our high-speed cameras with liquid lens for process tracking, i.e. simple analysis of fast industrial processes.

 

All the experience we were able to gather at the trade fair confirms our decision to have been there live and you are therefore all invited to the next Motek/Bondexpo trade fair from October 4-7, 2022 in Stuttgart.
