"More visitors than ever before..."

This great result marked the end of this year's all about automation at Messe Chemnitz. On 18 + 19 September 2024, 2,395 visitors and 200 exhibitors exchanged ideas via solutions for industrial automation, sensor technology, robotics and digitalization. All stand spaces in the exhibition hall were assigned and there were more visitors than ever before.

The ipf electronic stand also made a significant contribution to the innovations at all about automation, as we presented the IIoT gateway for machine and energy data acquisition. BY000002, the energy measurement module AB000008 and the interface extension AB000009 were presented.

Other highlights at the stand included optical sensors such as the OTQ80571an extremely compact optical blue light diffuse reflection sensor with background suppression that detects even critical material surfaces, as well as a representative selection from the portfolio of measuring transducers, logic modules and LED lights.

Visitors also showed great interest in our contactless displacement measuring system VO330570 which is much more compact than its market competitors and detects all moving objects contactless, regardless of material and color.

One trade fair visitor commented: "Many well-known companies from the automation and sensor technology sector are represented here. I was able to learn about innovations and make direct contact with very competent customer advisors."

You shouldn't miss the next all about automation in Chemnitz. It will take place on September 30 and October 01, 2025. And ipf electronic will of course be there again.
