SPS Nuremberg 2025

From Nov 25–27, Nuremberg hosted the Smart Production Solutions one of the world's most important trade fairs for industrial automation. With 1,175 exhibitors and around 56,000 trade visitors, the event recorded significant growth compared to the previous year.

Our trade fair focus, the new pressure sensor series DW5x-series, met with exceptionally high interest. The sensors impressed visitors with their high precision, intuitive operation and versatility. Our innovative gateways for machine and process data acquisition were also in high demand and were particularly praised for their clear mapping of the entire production process.

The absolute eye-catcher at the trade fair was the new, high-precision filling level monitoring system in combination with capacitive sensors, flow sensors and LED signal light strips for status display. These solutions impressed with their reliability even under the most difficult process conditions, simple integration and the ability to continuously monitor and visually display filling levels contactless through the container wall.

Our optical sensors, high-performance light barriers and IO-Link-capable logic modules were also very well received by visitors.

Numerous technical discussions focused on forward-looking topics such as the precise measurement of compressed air consumption, reliable leak detection and contactless displacement and positional measurement. Using real application examples and live demonstrations, our application specialists were able to impressively demonstrate the performance and practical relevance of our solutions.

The intensive, personal exchange with the visitors was particularly valuable for us. Our application specialists were available for individual consultations, clarified complex issues directly on site and developed customized solution concepts together with interested parties.

SPS 2025 not only gave us the opportunity to deepen existing customer relationships, but also to make numerous promising new contacts. The high quality of the discussions gives us great confidence for future projects.
