Summer, sun, party mood

"Same procedure as every year?". Far from it, because this event is always a highlight for us.

 

This year, we didn't choose the company building on Rosmarter Allee as the venue, but the Hopfen&Salz restaurant in Lüdenscheid. The cozy restaurant with a special ambience is located in the building of the former Schillerbad brewery and only opened in February 2023. The restaurant is highly regarded by many guests for its high-quality, home-style cooking. And there is no shortage of refreshments either, as along with non-alcoholic drinks, there are via 20 types of draught beer and more than 100 types of beer in bottles or cans.

 

110 ipf electronic employees attended this year's traditional summer party, which once again provided an opportunity to warmly welcome some "former" and retired employees.

 

No summer party is complete without a few words from managing directors Dirk Neuhaus, Bodo Hano and Christian Fiebach to the assembled guests. Of course, the closure of the A45 due to the dilapidated and now demolished Rahmedetal bridge was also a topic. In this context, Dirk Neuhaus emphasized that the closure was a major burden and challenge for a number of employees, some of whom had to accept long detours and long travel times on their way to work and on their way home. Dirk Neuhaus described the procurement of important parts and components for sensor production as a major challenge. In his view, it is above all long delivery times and sometimes exorbitantly high and economically barely justifiable procurement prices that particularly characterize the situation in purchasing.

 

In his speech, Bodo Hano once again recalled the move to the new company building around three years ago and the successful merger of ipf electronic. He emphasized that the straight company location has, among other things, noticeably improved the team spirit among the employees, the cohesion and not least the cooperation between the individual departments in the company and has led to many positive effects.

 

Special sensor solutions are a particular strength of ipf electronic, was the quintessence of Christian Fiebach's speech, in which he described, among other things, a concrete practical example of a specific customer solution. Although the development and realization of such special devices involves a great deal of effort, it nevertheless offers a great deal of potential for making the company even better known and positioning it in a highly specialized segment.

 

A very nice tradition of our summer party every year is the often very emotional tribute to our long-serving employees and long-service anniversaries, which this time was awarded to a total of 24 people. These include filters alone who have been loyal to the company for 20 years or more.

 

Also a good reason to celebrate extensively. So, of course, the exuberant party into the early hours of the morning with professional support from DJ Ceyhun from Lüdenscheid was the grand finale.
