ipf electronic is one of the top employers
Study by Focus-Business and Kununu.com
ipf electronic is one of the top employers of medium-sized companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This is the result of a study conducted for the first time by Focus-Business in cooperation with kununu.com, the employer rating portal for employees, trainees and applicants. ipf electronic ranks among the 1300 most popular medium-sized employers in German-speaking countries.
"We have achieved 13th place among the top employers in the field of "electronics, electrical engineering and medical technology" and are very pleased about this. ipf electronic has long been committed to its employees and offers them, among other things, the opportunity to take advantage of additional social benefits, which the company supports with additional payments. The award from Focus-Business is proof that we value our employees and also think about them via their daily work", comments Christian Fiebach, Managing Director of ipf electronic, on the good performance of the company from the Sauerland region.
In order to determine the 1300 top employers among SMEs in the DACH region, Focus-Business and the market research company Media Market Insights (MMI) evaluated around 13,000 data records with more than 324,000 employer ratings from the Kununu rating portal. Companies with a minimum of eleven and a maximum of 500 employees were taken into account. In order to be included in the final selection, they had to meet certain criteria - for example, be based in the DACH region, have a score of 4.12 out of five points or better on Kununu and have a minimum number of current Kununu ratings. The final ranking is determined by a score made up of the average rating, the number of ratings on Kununu and the number of employees. Each of the SMEs named in the top list is recognized as a "Top SME Employer 2018".
In its November issue, Focus-Business also provides information on the recipes for success of the listed companies under the title "Employers of SMEs", names the most successful SME products with global fame to date and reports on the key role of SMEs in the integration of refugees.
