Digital press kit for the SPS trade fair 2025

The SPS in Nuremberg takes place from 25.11. to 27.11. and thus returns to its traditional place in the calendar. Every year, more than 1,000 exhibitors present their innovations to trade visitors at the world's leading trade fair for the industry.

ipf electronic from Altena has been there since the very beginning and will once again be presenting many interesting products from the field of sensor technology at Stand 131 in Hall 7A including a real trade fair premiere.

DW5x: With the series DW5x-series, IPF will be presenting true all-rounders among pressure sensors for the first time at the PLC (programmable logic controller) in Nuremberg, which meet a wide range of very different requirements, not least due to their extremely broad functionality, and can be used in all conceivable applications for liquid or gaseous media, e.g. in hydraulic and pneumatic applications.

DW25: The pressure sensors in the DW25-series from IPF impress above all with their exceptionally wide media temperature range from

-40 °C to +100 °C. Due to their measuring ranges of -0.1bar...0.1bar (DW25310N) and 0bar...0.25bar (DW25310P), the devices are suitable for particularly demanding environments and are ideal for static level measurements in containers with liquids, e.g. hydraulic oils, cooling lubricant emulsions, etc. or as 2-point controllers for controlling pumps.

YN58: With the series YN58-series, IPF presents inclination sensors that are particularly impressive due to their "inner values".

IYxxx520: The new series is available with ring diameters between 6mm and 50mm. New is the IY300520which, with a ring diameter of 30mm, bridges the gap between the IY250520 (Ø 25mm) and the IY350520 (Ø 35mm). The sensors with a ring diameter of 100mm from the previous series remain in static (IYK00320) and dynamic (IYK00325) versions remain part of the IPF range.

VL530100: IPF is one of the pioneers in the field of logic modules, as the sensor specialist from the Sauerland region of Germany developed the devices in the VL25 series, IPF developed one of the first and still sought-after solutions for DIN rail mounting for the logic operation of sensor signals in the field. IPF also recognized the potential of IO-Link for flexible parameterization of logic modules at a very early stage. The logical consequence: with the VL530100 IPF is now presenting its first highly flexible IO-Link logic module for freely wireable control cabinet installation.

SL5507x: The series SL5507x series from IPF consists of extremely compact flow sensors with an integrated pressure sensor. Due to their size, the new sensors are particularly suitable for installation directly in the machine environment and enable high-resolution process and condition monitoring, e.g. for targeted condition monitoring. The device series offers a wide range of process connections for both pipe and hose lines.

EMD0012x: With the series EMD0012x series, IPF is presenting six new machine lights in different lengths, which are characterized by special quality features. For example, the front screen of the machine lights is made of tempered float glass, which, thanks to its particularly high-quality workmanship, ensures excellent translucency and thus illumination of machine workspaces, among other things. In this context, the diffuser is particularly impressive thanks to its homogeneous, glare-free and absolutely flicker-free light (white light, color temperature 5000K). Another advantage is the very robust overall design of the machine lights in an aluminum housing (degree of protection IP67), which means that they are not only resistant to all common coolants and lubricants, but also withstand thermal and mechanical loads.
