Probably the smallest of its kind:
Goosenack light from ipf with 20mm diameter
ipf electronic has not only positioned itself as a sensor specialist with a broad product range, but also develops customized solutions such as the EB180170a light up in M18 design with a flexible gooseneck.
If, for example, workpieces or tools need to be illuminated directly or larger workstation areas need to be illuminated flexibly, LED lights with a gooseneck are recommended. Thanks to the adjustable luminaire head, they direct the light exactly where it is needed. With the EB180170 ipf electronic has now developed what is probably the smallest gooseneck light of its kind in response to a customer request. Specifically, the solution needed to be adjustable in all directions and not exceed an outer diameter of 20mm.
The new development was based on the LED machine and workbench light AO000291 with a stainless steel housing in the M18 design. With an output of around 2W and an illuminance of 380lx (at a distance of 500mm), the long-life LED light provides sufficient light intensity. The IP65 protection class light up with a safety glass front screen is connected to a gooseneck via an integrated connector, allowing it to be flexibly adjusted in all directions.
The gooseneck also has a stainless steel base with a laterally integrated M8 connector plug and an M6 thread. The thread can be used to screw the light up into the slot nuts of aluminum profiles, for example. Alternatively, the mounting of the EB180170 with the magnet feet AY000128 or AY000129 possible. To switch the light up and down, use the specially developed switching module VY062174.
