Differential pressure sensor with analog output
All-in-one solution from IPF
Where others need two devices, the DW46310L from IPF does this with one compact solution.
The differential pressure sensor DW46310L was developed for the continuous monitoring of filters in compressed air systems and fluid group 2 liquids. The sensor makes it possible to install one measuring line upstream and one immediately downstream of the filter system via two integrated plug connections for hose lines (6 mm). The pressure difference between the two measuring points is scaled directly in the sensor in the range from 0 to 1.6 bar and output as an analog signal (4...20 mA).
The all-in-one solution from IPF, which is already pre-mounted on a mounting bracket, is very easy to install and commission. Thanks to continuous monitoring, the DW46310L enables the filter elements to be replaced in good time, thereby preventing pressure drops and the associated energy losses. The DW46310L thus ensures consistently high compressed air quality and high availability of the compressed air system at all times, whereby the filter elements should be replaced at a differential pressure of >350 bar at the latest. Activated carbon filters are excluded from this.
