Smooth transition for continuity and vision

Alexander Kemler is the new Sales Manager Germany at IPF

Alexander Kemler has been the new Sales Manager Germany at IPF since August 5, 2024, taking over from Detlev Rössel, who has successfully led the company for more than 35 years and made a significant contribution to the development and positioning of the sensor specialist from the Sauerland region. The handover to Alexander Kemler marks a significant step in the future alignment of IPF.

With his roots in sensor technology and many years of experience in automation technology, Alexander Kemler brings some fresh and at the same time well-founded approaches to the company. With his expertise in the fields of sensor technology, industrial automation and robotics, he will drive the future success and continuous growth of IPF.

Alexander Kemler began his professional career at Werner Turck, a company of the Turck Group, where he worked as team leader of test equipment development. Other positions included companies such as di-soric and OMRON, where he made a significant contribution to the further development of sales. Most recently, Alexander Kemler worked for start-up/scale-up companies such as Universal Robots and NEURA Robotics, where he played an active role in shaping the sales structures.

Focus on individuality and customer orientation

As part of his future features, Alexander Kemler will pay particular attention to the further development of the company's sales strategy. "In a rapidly changing world, it is important not only to keep up with the times, but also to recognize and actively shape trends. We will continue to invest in new technologies so that we can react flexibly and quickly to the needs of our customers," says Alexander Kemler.

Smooth transition and continuity

The handover will take place in close cooperation with the previous Managing Director Detlev Rössel, who will remain with the company during the transition phase. This should ensure a smooth transition that is seamless and transparent for both employees and customers.

"It is an honor to succeed Detlev Rössel and I look forward to the opportunity to build on IPF's already strong foundation. My vision is to promote innovative and individual solutions, to be a competent partner in all sensor matters, to deepen our customer relationships and at the same time to cultivate a corporate culture that strengthens creativity and collaboration," says Alexander Kemler.
