The new housing, together with the new mounting bracket and installation system, enables the AO000219 laser pointer to be used on the profiles of the OY32 and OY35 series safety light curtains. Installation is performed using the two lateral slots. Two clips with oblong holes—one at the top and one lateral—along with the corresponding adjustment knobs allow for both crosswise and vertical settings. This ensures that the pointer is always centered relative to the light axis of the respective safety light curtain, regardless of the profile used.

The AO000219 laser pointer serves as an alignment aid for the transmitter and receiver rails of a safety light curtain, regardless of whether the device is designed for finger, hand, or full-body protection. The use of the laser pointer is particularly recommended when deflection mirrors are employed.
