Freely configurable LED signal light from IPF

The new EZ250320 LED signal light from ipf electronic offers a high degree of flexibility for signaling machine and system statuses, for example.

The new light up in an aluminum housing has up to 5 segments on both sides, whose colors (magenta, orange, blue, white, green, yellow and red) are clearly visible all around. The segments can be controlled individually very easily via the 5 signal inputs of the 8-pin M12 connector plug. The electrical supply is also via the M12-connector on the back of the device. In addition, an acoustic signal transducer with a volume of 90dB can be activated as an option.

One of the features of the LED signal light is that it can be parameterized for specific applications. This means that the colors for the individual light segments can be selected as required. The lighting area can also be flexibly divided into five, four, three and two elements or into one continuous signal element. Thanks to the lighting elements installed on both sides, they are perceived regardless of the line of sight. More flexibility is hardly possible.

For easy mounting, the EZ250320 integrates two magnets on the underside with a total adhesive force of 25 kg, which enables quick and secure installation on a machine part, for example. Alternatively, the solution can also be mounted independently of the backing material using two integrated threaded bores (perpendicular or horizontal).
