Flexible, simple, precise and secure: universal mounting system from ipf

Sensors are indispensable in many applications. However, reliable mounting is just as important as the device solution itself. An incorrectly mounted sensor can lead to erroneous operations and thus significantly impair the proper operation of machines and systems. Problems that should no longer exist with the universal mounting system from ipf electronic for the flexible, precise and simple mounting of sensors.

The modular mounting system is based on two aluminum tubes with a diameter of 12mm (length 200mm and 500mm), which can be shortened individually if required and then securely fastened with a variety of clamp holders. For example, a holding magnet for the foot clamp holder AY000162 makes it easy to attach the mounting structure to a magnetic machine part, for example.

The system is supplemented by surface-mounted, parallel and cross-clamp holders, including adjustable versions. The mounting bracket AY000164 also integrates an M6 inside thread, which can be used to attach various stainless steel mounting brackets for sensors in sizes M8, M12, M18 and M30 as well as the tried-and-tested universal mounting brackets with ball head from ipf electronic. These holders can be mounted on plates, profiles or sheet metal, for example, with just one screw and offer a high degree of freedom of movement for easy adjustment of the sensors.

The customizable mounting system is completed by the mounting bracket AY000172 without bore for individual adaptation on site.
