Inductive sensors - Norm switching distance
The IA080100 inductive sensor is specially designed to detect conductive metals at short distances, while other materials have no effect on its function. This makes it ideal for use in soiling environments and other harsh conditions.
In accordance with EN 60947-5-2, this sensor is suitable for standard applications. The switching distance is set at the factory using a norm measuring plate whose edge length corresponds to the diameter of the sensor surface.
The IA080100 flush sensor has a switching distance of 1.5 mm in accordance with the standard. It has a cylindrical housing made of brass with an M8x1mm thread. The electrical connection is made via a 3-wire 2m connection cable.
