The IB0602A4 is an inductive sensor that can detect conductive metals at short distances without being affected by other materials. This makes the sensor ideal for use in soiling or harsh environments. The sensor is manufactured in accordance with EN 60947-5-2 and is suitable for standard applications.
The switching distance of the IB0602A4 is 1.5 mm at the factory and is set using a norm measuring plate whose edge length corresponds to the diameter of the sensor surface. The cylindrical housing of the sensor is made of stainless steel 1.4404 and has a cut-in thread. The sensor is electrically connected via a 3-wire 2 m connection cable.
