Multifunction photoelectric sensors are light barriers that incorporate multiple beams. If even one beam is subjected to an interruption, the receiver’s switching outputs change status. These devices are used in applications where a standard light barrier with only one beam is insufficient, such as in ejection monitoring. Devices with different beam spacings and field heights are available.
