Always the right torque - practical tool from IPF

With the new AV000140 torque wrench, ipf electronic is expanding its range of practical tools. The tool is the ideal accessories for energizing hexagonal screw connections on cable connectors and sockets. The optimum tightening torque ensures a permanently tight connection and also protects against material damage and expensive reworking. The new torque wrench set from IPF contains 4 parts: Torque wrench, setting tool, as well as wrench inserts SW 9 and SW 13 for cable sockets and connectors M8 and M12 respectively.

The setting tool allows you to continuously select the desired tightening torque in the range from 0.4 to 1Nm, with the set value being shown on a display. Ergonomics have also been taken into consideration, as the multi-component handle is extremely easy to handle thanks to its compact and lightweight design. The key inserts can be changed quickly and easily. A clearly audible "click" also signals during application that the previously set torque has been reached. With this compact tool, plug connections can be easily made even in the tightest of spaces, e.g. in fully occupied sensor/actuator distribution terminals.
