Screw connection even in the tightest of spaces

ipf electronic has long had M8 connectors and sockets in its portfolio that can be assembled by the user and can be connected with a screw connection despite the usually limited installation space. This proven alternative to the connectors with solder or insulation displacement technology, which are also available, is now also available in an angular version. Like the straight versions of the three- or four-pole connectors and sockets, the new solutions are suitable for lines with outer diameters between 3.5 and 5mm and for wire cross sections of 0.14 to 0.5mm². The gold-plated contact pins allow the transmission of currents of up to 4A and voltages of up to 60V diagnostic coverage. When fully connected, the connectors have a degree of protection of IP67.

A total of four new solutions now complete our portfolio: VK003170 (socket 3-pin), VK003171 (socket 4-pin), VK003176 (connector 3-pin) and VK003177 (connector 4-pin).
