They don't break into a sweat so easily

Our products do not break down even when it gets hotter than 70°C, i.e. the maximum ambient temperature for which most standard sensors are designed.

Depending on the size, our special sensors can withstand temperatures of up to 230°C. In ranges up to 180°C, the amplifier with pnp switching output is integrated and can be easily combined with standard sensors.

Is it warmer than 180°C in your application? Then sensors in the designs M18, M30, M50 or 40x40mm are available, which can be used at ambient temperatures of up to 230°C. This requires an external switching amplifier, which can be installed in the switching cabinet, for example. But there are also sensors such as the IB18012T or the IB30012Twhich have an M12-connector at the end of the connection cable in which the output stage is integrated. The advantage of these products is that they can be connected directly to an M12 distribution terminal.

We have been offering special sensors for so-called wax flooding systems for a long time. These devices are designed for ambient temperatures of up to 140°C. The housings have an M30x1.5 thread and are extremely compact with an overall length of 27mm. The connection cable is made of PTFE and is additionally sheathed with a stainless steel braid. A new member has recently been added to this family: the IB30912V. This sensor is equipped with a 350mm short connection cable with M12-connector - we offer suitable connection cables in lengths of 9m, 12m and 16m. Advantage: any replacement is quick and easy, as the long connection cable can remain in the system.

Perhaps you have an application with a high ambient temperature or with frequent temperature changes that standard sensors cannot cope with in the long term? Or do you need a device with very high impermeability due to moisture at the place of use? Our high-density versions in the M18, M32 and M50 designs are reliable solutions in many cases.
