Even more little rascals

Another optical series in miniature format is the OYQ3 series. These small through-beam sensors with housing dimensions of just 10 x 3.5 x 14mm can be fitted virtually in an air gap thanks to their slim design and have a maximum transmitter/receiver distance of 150mm (OYQ30100) or 1m (OYQ30103). Both systems operate in normally open (dark-on mode). As an alternative to the system with 1m range, a light-on mode normally closed version (OYQ30203) is also available.

Due to the flat mounting with 2 through-hole bores in the housing and the visible red light, the transmitter and receiver are very easy to align. The sensors with degree of protection IP67 have a switching frequency of 1kHz and have a high shock resistance of 50G. The mounting brackets from the AO000077 and AO000078 accessories range allow for easy installation. The optionally available AY000141 sheath protects the PVC connection cables from damage caused by heat or welding spatter.
