Gentle on fingers when stripping - stripping pliers for sensor cables
The connection cables of our sensors are not only very flexible, but also extremely robust, as we use materials such as PUR, silicone or Teflon.
What ensures high endurance of the lines in rough industrial use can be a disadvantage for the installer during processing, as these sheath materials cannot always be easily stripped with conventional tools.
This is why we offer the stripping pliers AV000132 (for sheath thicknesses between 3.2 and 4.4 mm) and AV000130 (4.4 - 7.0 mm). As with the well-known stripping pliers for single cores, these practical solutions can be used to strip an inserted cable with just one hand movement and the cut sheath can then be easily removed from the line.
In order to be able to flexibly select the length of the cable section to be stripped, the lines can be pushed through the back of the pliers' jaws and thus into the pliers as far as required.
