New: Industrial light curtain OY41

Due to their high resolution and fast response times, frame light barriers are often used when parts ejected from a machine need to be detected.

The new OY41 series light curtains are much more flexible here. It is true that these devices also have a certain field height and the transmitter and receiver rails must be aligned with each other. However, the range is variable and can be up to 8 m, depending on the version. Thanks to the short response times, even very fast parts or objects are reliably detected. The new light curtains can also be connected to all common control (unit) systems via the exclusive-OR push-pull switching output.

If the position or dimension of an object needs to be determined, we recommend using the OY41 with analog output. The light curtains have both a voltage and a current output. Using two DIP switches, 4 different measuring modes can be adjusted. The range is between 300 and 4000mm, with maximum resolution being achieved in the medium range.

Mechanical mounting is possible via the M3 threads integrated on the rear of the light curtain. A bracket set is also available under item number AO000550.
