The right light when things get tight

The new EM410120 - EM410125 LED machine lights from ipf electronic are ideal for tight installation spaces in machines and are predestined for harsh production environments. Equipped with FKM (fluorocarbon rubber) seals, they offer increased resistance to oil, water, chips, emulsions and cooling lubricants.

The new LED lights with a degree of protection of IP67 have a diameter of only 40 mm and have an angle of emitted beam of 100° as well as a color temperature of 5200-5700K (daylight white). The light is flicker-free and without UV and IR components.

The EM410120 - EM410125 are available in six sizes with lengths from 190mm to 1040mm. The aluminum base body ensures good heat dissipation and allows operating temperatures of up to 40°C. The coverage is made of ESG (toughened safety glass) with a thickness of 4mm, so that even chips cannot damage the glass.

The connection of the lights up to 24VDC is made with an M12-connector. Two brackets (AE000011), two brackets and two magnets (AE000012) or two round holders (AE000013) are available for mounting.
