Behind the scenes - Order management export/customer service

Mark has been part of our team since January 2023 - and he's doing double duty. He supports IPF in both order management export and customer service - 50/50 and with full energy. In export, he processes incoming orders and orders from our international customers and ensures that the master data is always up to date. At the same time, he handles complaints, returns and repair orders in customer service - reliably, carefully and with high quality standards.

His demand for quality doesn't end at the office - Mark also brings precision to the plate at home.

Cooking is his passion: with calm, creativity and an eye for detail, he tinkers with flavors, refines tastes and perfects every dish with patience and dedication. He also likes to take an international approach.
