Simple, economical process analysis
OC29: New high-speed camera systems from ipf
Analyzing high-speed processes in industry in order to recognize optimization potential or to specifically identify interferences or errors? With the new high-speed camera systems OC29 high-speed camera systems from ipf electronic, in combination with free software, this is now possible very economically and with little effort.
With the two high-speed cameras OC299720 (monochrome) and OC299820 (color camera) from ipf electronic, high-speed industrial processes with frame rates of up to 3,000 fps can be easily recorded and analyzed. In combination with free software, possible causes of interference or errors as well as potential for process optimization can be identified quickly, economically and easily.
Plug & play solution with powerful functions
Thanks to the intuitive software with clearly arranged switching elements, the camera systems are ready for use in no time at all. The software offers a wide range of powerful features for process analysis,
z. For example, the ability to display and compare up to four images simultaneously. As the cameras in the OC29 cameras can communicate with standard Beckhoff, Siemens and B&R control (unit) systems, automated process monitoring can also be implemented via a PLC (programmable logic controller).
Easy to analyze, save and share
For targeted analysis of an approval, the playback speed can be continuously adjusted during playback, including a single-frame mode. An editing function also allows recordings to be customized to work with relevant parts of a recording in a results-oriented manner and onward transmission to other people if required.
In addition, all recordings can be saved in so-called recording slots (highest possible image quality) for complete documentation or exported to a video file (avi format), for example, for sending.
Economical entry without high costs
The many advantages of the new camera systems from ipf electronic in perfect combination with the free, powerful software are obvious: a simple and economical introduction to professional process monitoring and analysis without the need for extensive training thanks to a quickly available plug & play solution with low hardware costs (e.g. use of a standard PC or laptop, industrial camera with C-mount lens thread).
