Encoder - Absolutely

The VD58C320 is an encoder that detects rotational movements and is an angle measuring device. As an absolute encoder, it can return its accuracy at any time during operation. The position is inquired via a Gray Code RS422 interface. One revolution is resolved to 12 bits, each additional revolution to 12 bits. A 10 mm solid shaft is available for the mechanical connection.
